Webinar: Documenting patient complexity to improve revenue and safety
About this webinar
The lack of understanding and accurate documentation of patient complexity is a major source of revenue leakage in Private Hospitals. Complex patients cost more to treat as they will:
- Require a longer hospital stay.
- Need access to more resources.
- Be at a higher risk of adverse events.
In order for a hospital to receive the appropriate revenue for each patient, complexity level must be documented in real-time.
This webinar from Alcidion looks at patient complexity including the impact of gaps in clinical documentation on safety and revenue, and how this can be addressed without impacting a Visiting Medical Officers schedule.
